Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to move beyond daily operations into a strategic business partnering role. You will report to the Deputy Director of HR Business Partnering and serve as a trusted HR partner to assigned divisions, delivering practical HR solutions and building an engaged workforce.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or generalist roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Provide strategic HR advice on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management and rewards.

Looking for an experienced HR professional who is ready to move beyond daily HR operations and take on a strategic business partnering role.

• Salary up to $8,500 per month + 1 month Bonus
• 18 days of annual leave + Medical coverage
• Public-sector HR exposure
• Broad exposure across strategic and operational HR matters
• 12-month renewable contract
• Monday to Friday, office hours - Hybrid Work

What We’re Looking For
