Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd – 11C5781 is seeking an HR professional who balances hands-on HR operations with system improvements. You will manage daily HR activities, onboarding/offboarding, and vendor payments while identifying gaps and building smarter workflows.

Based near Labrador Park, the role is 2 days in a hybrid arrangement, with monthly salary up to S$4,500 plus a 2-month bonus and medical plan. Contract is 12 months, renewable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on HR operations with process improvements.
• Ability to identify gaps and propose practical solutions.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Support annual HR exercises such as performance reviews, bonus administration and promotions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, claims, vendor payments and other employee matters.
• Respond to HR process and system enquiries.
• Review HR records and transactions to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify repetitive tasks and areas for improvement.
• Improve HR workflows using HR systems and low-code tools.
