Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR operations experience.
• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and work pass processes.
• Hands-on HR administration and employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and candidate scheduling.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with monthly payroll-related administration and ensure accurate submission of information.
• Administer employee medical benefits and corporate insurance matters.
• Handle staff access cards, uniforms and other employee-related requisitions.
• Support employee relations, welfare and engagement activities.
• Coordinate employee training, course registration and applicable training grants.
