Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Hillview, Singapore, is seeking an HR Assistant to support onboarding, employee services, and claims administration on a contract basis.

The role covers updating personal particulars, managing leave and claims, supporting promotions and rewards, and other ad-hoc duties; salary SGD 2,500–3,100 monthly with a yearly bonus and 18 days of annual leave; contract through January 2029 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the onboarding and off boarding of staffs.
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Updating of employees' personal particulars.
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
