Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to provide hands-on HR support across onboarding, employee services, and claims administration from our Hillview location in Singapore.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, process employee claims and grants, update personal data, and assist with promotions, awards, and welfare grants. Contract until Jan 2029 with a yearly bonus and 18 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline, or A-level with 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge of onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Process applications for claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Update employees' personal particulars.
• Manage employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion processes and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
