Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. invites you to join its HR team for hands-on exposure to onboarding, employee services, claims administration, and HR operations.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and welfare grants, with a contract through January 2029 and a possible extension. Office location is Hillview, Singapore, with a standard 8.30am–6.00pm workday. Applicants should have a Diploma in HR or related discipline (or A-level) and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related discipline with basic HR exposure.
• A-level with at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Process applications for claims, grants and courses for employees.
• Update employees' personal particulars.
• Manage employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion processes and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
