Job summary

THY E HUA KWAN MORAL CHARITIES LIMITED is seeking an Executive, HR to deliver efficient HR operational support across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. You will manage onboarding, payroll movements, foreign workforce administration, and welfare programmes while maintaining data integrity and policy compliance.

The role involves HR reporting, 6ME coordination, and vendor coordination to ensure timely HR service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Internship or up to 2 years HR operations, HR administration or payroll experience advantageous.
• Basic understanding of MOM regulations and Singapore employment legislation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding to offboarding).
• Respond to HR inquiries with timely, accurate, and customer-focused support.
• Assist with preparation of HR reports and documentation for management reporting.
• Coordinate six-monthly medical examinations (6ME) for foreign employees and MOM compliance.
• Coordinate employment-related travel and home leave arrangements per policies.
• Administer employee insurance enrollment and welfare programmes.
