Job summary

TempServ Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an HR Operations Specialist to manage onboarding and offboarding, staff movements, retirement and re-employment cases, and leave administration. You will collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve process and system issues and help ensure audit-ready documentation.

Candidates should have a diploma with 2–3 years HR admin experience, strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP-HR, and sharp attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and offboard exiting employees
• Process staff movement changes including organizational restructures
• Administer retirement and re-employment cases per HR policies
• Handle billing and claims for scholarship employees
• Support audits and system changes; participate in UAT and user requirements
• Support leave administration and HR event logistics
• Identify root causes and collaborate with IT to resolve process/system issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance

HR Operations Specialist/5D/ Kent Ridge!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Process and update staff movement changes, including matters relating to organizational restructuring.
• Administer retirement and re-employment cases in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
• Handle billing and claim matters for employees under scholarship scheme
• Support Audit and System changes including participation in user requirements and perform User Acceptance tests
• Support leave administration and logistics coordination for HR events.
• Identify root causes of issues and work with relevant teams, including Technology, to troubleshoot and resolve process or system-related problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record keeping to support audit requirements and compliance checks.
• Provide clear and professional communication to employees and internal partners to support smooth HR processes and ensure timely completion of required actions.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma holder, with 2-3 years experience in HR administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP-HR
• Possesses an investigative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
