Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a HR Shared Services professional for a 3 months contract at Raffles Place, Singapore. You will handle daily HR transactions, maintain employee data in the HRIS, and respond to staff inquiries while collaborating with Employee Services Partners to resolve issues.

You will also maintain dashboards, generate regular reports for stakeholders and regulators, and assist in claims processing and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR shared services.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and MAS Representative Notification Framework is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
• Ensure quality employee data maintenance in the HR system and address data discrepancies promptly to support accurate data analytics and reporting.
• Respond to staff enquiries and work closely with Employee Services Partners and other HR teams to resolve service issues.
• Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments with accuracy and timeliness, coordinating with relevant parties to address queries.
• Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors.
• Partner HR teams across geographies to ensure prompt delivery of HR support actions.
• Participate in regular process reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes to achieve better efficiency and productivity.
