Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive HR administrative professional to support the HR Business Partner team at Raffles Place, Singapore. In this 5-month assignment, you will assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, while coordinating performance and talent management activities.

You will prepare HR reports and presentations, handle employee queries, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure processes

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day HR support.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
