Responsibilities

• HR operations and service delivery: act as first contact for HR inquiries and process transactions within SLA.
• Pre- and onboarding operations: prepare contracts, coordinate screenings, maintain records.
• HR services: support onboarding activities and document management.
• Offboarding: assist with resignations, clearance and exit documentation.
• Continuous improvement: support SOP updates and coverage across HRSS functions.
