Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll, and welfare.

The role also supports end-to-end recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and offer administration. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs, craft job descriptions, and implement recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM and CPF, and

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records
