Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle administration.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: onboarding, probation/confirmation, changes, leave, offboarding, records, and inquiries.
• Recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, references, offers.
• Employee Engagement: plan and execute engagement activities, vendor coordination, budgets, communications.
• Remote Team Payroll & Administration: monthly payroll for remote staff, changes, attendance, liaise with payroll partners.
• AI, Automation & Process Improvement: use AI to improve HR processes and maintain SOPs.
