Qualifications

• Tertiary education in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with HR systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for full-time, project, and intern roles; manage pre-employment checks.
• Support review and update of recruitment-related policies and processes.
• Process contract extensions, emplacements, re-employment and retirement cases; ensure Workday updates and stakeholder communications.
• Manage procurement receipts and purchase orders for unit items.
• Process annual and ad-hoc staff Code of Conduct declarations; prepare staff bulletins.
• Support policy reviews to keep guidelines current.
