Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily card access transmission and staff card printing.
• Handle reference check requests for former employees.
• Administer and process payments for successful referrals.
• Manage and assign electronic signature books for staff.
• Oversee spot award nomination, approval, and distribution.
• Review completed background checks conducted quarterly.
• Conduct quarterly sample checks to validate HR data accuracy.
• Coordinate temporary accommodation for staff.
• Support HR Operations & Compliance activities.
