Job summary

Exponent is seeking an HR operations professional in Singapore to support end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration. The role involves maintaining accurate staff records, managing accommodations records in OFWAS, and addressing workplace conflicts to uphold a compliant and positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities include incident management, supporting ISO and bizSAFE audits, and performing ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
• Proficient in MS Excel and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing to interviews.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding and work pass applications.
• Maintain staff dormitory records in OFWAS; verify addresses.
• Investigate workplace conflicts, grievances, and terminations.
• Administer incident records and insurance claims with follow-ups.
• Support ISO and bizSAFE audits for compliance.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as needed.
