Mastercard is seeking a Senior People Specialist to join its People & Capability function. You will support employees and leaders, blending HR operations, people analytics and project management to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

In this role, you will influence workforce planning, rewards, engagement and learning, while partnering with regional teams to implement standardized HR practices and data-driven decisions across markets.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Leadership Team of People and Capability across initiatives and projects.
• Manages day-to-day People and Capability activities with key stakeholders.
• Creates reports to support program recommendations and track costs.
• Leads analytics, presentations and executive meetings for HR programs.
• Partners with employees and leaders regionally to deploy best practices.
• Analyzes People and Capability metrics and summarizes insights.
