Job summary

SE Carpenter Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to handle recruitment, onboarding and talent development for our projects in Singapore.

You will partner with project teams to forecast manpower and ensure staffing aligns with construction schedules. Candidate will maintain HR records, support policy implementation, and assist in employee engagement and performance management while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and with different teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities for the company
• Support employee onboarding, training and development
• Assist in employee engagement and performance management
• Maintain HR records, policies and employment documentation
• Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements for construction projects
• Work closely with project and management teams on manpower and HR matters
• Support employee welfare and workplace communication
• Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensure HR practices comply with relevant Singapore employment requirements
