Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a reputable asset management firm in Singapore.

The role centers on payroll processing, talent acquisition, and providing HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will handle end-to-end payroll, CPF contributions, tax matters, and benefits while leading recruitment across multiple functions. The position requires 5–8 years in HR with hands-on payroll and hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years HR experience with payroll and talent acquisition.
• Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services or professional services preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and payroll practices.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable in a lean HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary processing, CPF contributions, tax matters, benefits, claims and payroll reconciliation.
• Lead talent acquisition across investment, front-office and corporate functions, covering sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle matters including contracts, onboarding, confirmation, transfers and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal HR policies.
• Support compensation and benefits, performance reviews, employee relations and HR policy implementation.
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Manage external vendors, recruitment agencies and HR service providers.
• Support HR reporting, audits and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
