• Lead and oversee the People & Culture department, ensuring effective delivery of all HR functions.

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and workforce plans in line with business objectives.

• Partner with the Deputy CEO and senior management to provide HR advice and support organisational growth.

• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

• Drive performance management, employee development, succession planning and leadership initiatives.

• Manage employee engagement, retention, employee relations and overall employee experience.

• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll, HR administration and HR systems.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR policies.

• Monitor HR performance through workforce reports, KPIs and people analytics.

• Lead HR transformation, digitalisation and continuous improvement projects.

• Develop and motivate the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Perform other strategic HR duties as assigned.
