Job summary

Lemon R is seeking an experienced AP HR Leader for the China business group to lead recruitment and HR operations across multiple countries in Asia Pacific. • 10+ regional HR experience, with at least 3 years in AP HR leadership roles.

• Knowledge of Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia labor markets and local regulations.

The client is a global leader in providing high-quality training data and data-platform solutions that power enterprise AI — from text/audio labeling to large-scale image/video annotation and LLM customisation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AP HR Leader of China biz group. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, and AP HR operations in multiple countries including Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the China oversea recruitment team, set clear performance goals and provide coaching to help team members grow.
• Gain a deep understanding of talent needs and develop targeted talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent pools in accordance with the local market conditions and talent availability in the respective country.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process , including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, etc.
• Accountable for data and reporting on metrics , optimization of processes.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Maintain and optimize the HR operation in AP region

Requirements:

• 10+Regional HR role, previous (3 years +) as a AP HR leader role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in high volume recruitment in the technology space, with understanding of different worker types
• Understanding of Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia etc talent markets, and familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
• Basic understanding of AI business areas such as data annotation are preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend business needs.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.
• Can speak Chinese, with English as a working language.
