Job summary

WuXi XDC Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Intern to join our HR team. You will gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in a fast-growing biopharma environment, working with local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at our global HQ.

You will support end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, maintain trackers, assist onboarding, and help with HR reports. This internship offers mentorship from HR/TA professionals and exposure to cross-border collaboration with China HQ.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin or Psychology.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including posting, screening, scheduling, and candidate comms.
• Assist sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain candidate trackers, HR databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and system access requests.
• Support employer branding events, career fairs and campus engagements.
• Help with general HR admin, filing, data entry and employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and meeting materials.
• Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
