Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a recruitment professional in Singapore to drive the complete cycle of recruitment activities. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely fulfillment of hiring needs. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Diploma or higher, and possess strong communication skills, including proficiency in Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Candidate is pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Master's Degree.
• Must have strong communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin.
• A proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
• Responsible for complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing to interviewing.
• Participate in recruitment marketing programmes such as job fairs.
• Prepare recruitment reports to monitor effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Complete recruitment administrative functions.
• Other duties assigned by management as needed.
