This internship offers mentorship, exposure to labor practices, and flexible scheduling to accommodate studies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• No prior professional experience required; internship or office experience is a plus.
• Internship duration 3 months or longer is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn or other job boards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding: prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation.
• Record Keeping: maintain employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Employee Engagement: assist in organizing events and wellness initiatives.
• Administrative Tasks: filing, data entry, drafting HR documents, manage HR emails.
• Research: explore HR best practices, labor laws and industry trends.
• HR Projects: support ad-hoc projects like performance reviews, training, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
