REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support our recruitment and talent management efforts in Singapore.

The role involves liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer negotiations and contract administration. You will help develop sourcing strategies, maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies, and collaborate with regional HR teams on headcount planning.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Prior IT industry experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment activities by liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting with offer negotiations and handling contract administration.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, such as team bonding sessions, town halls and recognition events.
• Prepare EDMs and internal communication materials to support HR initiatives and employee engagement.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, learning materials and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding.
• Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR process improvements, automation initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.
