Job summary

WEE GUAN ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR activities in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, payroll, record-keeping, and compliance across statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Positive and proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from postings to onboarding and exit interviews.
• Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance.
• Process payroll, attendance, and leave accurately and timely.
• Manage work pass matters including WP, EP, visas and related compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts and letters for various HR actions.
• Coordinate training and statutory trainings.
• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, IRAS, etc.) as needed.
• Support staff welfare and administrative duties.
