Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and support management and employees across the organisation.

The role covers employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and attendance administration, and the implementation of HR policies to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HR operations and general HR management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support management and employees.
• Coordinate recruitment, manpower planning, selection and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters.
• Administer performance management, training and employee development programmes.
• Support compensation, benefits, leave and attendance administration.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decisions.
• Review and implement HR policies in line with business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and guidelines.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and employee experience.
• Work with department managers on manpower, performance and HR matters.
