Platinum Motoring Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. You will build and shape HR processes from the ground up in a fast-growing organisation, making a direct impact on people practices and operations.
You will handle payroll, administration, recruitment, employee lifecycle, training, compliance, and engagement, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth day-to-day HR support across the company.

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the company’s continued growth. 1. Payroll & HR Administration
Manage and oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update employee records within the HR system
Handle employee offboarding, including final settlements and documentation
Ensure all HR records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies
2. Recruitment & Work Pass Administration
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation (e.g., Work Permits, S Passes)
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with employment regulations
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation
Ensure smooth employment administration and offboarding procedures
Maintain compliance with Singapore employment laws and internal policies
4. Training & Development
Maintain training records and employee development documentation
Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
5. Government Claims & Compliance
Manage submissions for government grants and claims where applicable
Ensure HR practices comply with statutory requirements and labour regulations
6. Employee Engagement & HR Support
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees
7. General Administration
Manage office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a large organization or similar environment
Hands-on experience managing and renewing Work Permits and SP
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
