Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Bedok invites a skilled HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, administration and cross-country coordination among stakeholders.

You will lead recruitment processes, talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives, assist payroll administration and benefits, and operate HRIS platforms. You will verify overseas plant payrolls and perform first-round checks on up to 3000 headcount, while driving employee engagement and organizational projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, administration and coordination across multiple country stakeholders.
• Handle recruitment processes, talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and proficiency using HRIS platforms.
