Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Generalist for a 6-month maternity cover in Singapore.

You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned department, providing advice and support in talent acquisition, management and retention, and related employment matters. You will contribute to continuous improvement and operational support for HR activities, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with NHG policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Experience delivering HR services and employee lifecycle support.
• Experience with performance management and offboarding.
• Ability to support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Talent Acquisition: Analyse recruitment and attrition data and workforce risks.
• HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders.
• HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding.
• HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Partner HRSS to update employee lifecycle services and documentation to ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance.
• HR Operations & Stakeholder Management: Deliver HR services in compliance with NHG policies, employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Actively participate in process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and improve stakeholder experience.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Review, develop, and implement guidelines, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational effectiveness
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Undertake HR projects, organisational initiatives, and employer branding activities.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
