Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore is seeking a HR Generalist on a 6-month contract to drive talent acquisition, HR operations and stakeholder management across the department.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, advise employees and managers on HR matters, support performance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and compliance with NHG policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
• Healthcare HR operations experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems is advantageous.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employment practices in Singapore.
• Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide HR advice and support to employees and stakeholders.
• Support performance management, grievance handling and offboarding.
• Partner HRSS to update employee lifecycle services and documentation.
• Deliver HR services in compliance with NHG policies and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake HR projects and employer branding activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
