Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement at Tagore Lane, near Lentor MRT.

The role provides up to SGD 3,500 per month, requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and 1–2 years HR experience. Office hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday, with payroll liaison and administrative duties as part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience.
• Experience with recruitment and payroll liaison is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, employee relations and engagement activities
• Conduct staff orientation and onboarding
• Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Maintain employee records, leave and medical claims
• Prepare payroll journals, headcount and manpower reports
• Handle office administration, access cards, supplies and facilities
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes

Duration: 1 year (renewable/convertible)
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
Transport: Company transport back home to AMK, YCK or Lentor MRT
