RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to support the annual performance appraisal cycle, plan timelines, prepare templates and communications, and track completion with accuracy.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely appraisals, consolidate data for reports, assist with budget tracking and HR expenditures, and help refine HR processes while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Formación

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Support the HR team in the planning, coordination and implementation of the annual performance appraisal cycle, including preparation of timelines, templates, communications and tracking of completion.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of performance appraisal and related HR processes.
• Assist in the review, consolidation and maintenance of performance appraisal data and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support HR manpower and finance allocation, including tracking of departmental budgets, headcount costs and related HR expenditure.
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, budget information and management presentations for review by the HR leadership team.
• Work closely with Finance and relevant departments on budget allocation, reconciliation and monitoring of HR-related expenses.
• Review and improve existing HR processes, templates and workflows to support the smooth implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide general HR administrative and project support, including data management, documentation and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
