Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. East Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to join a retail and consumer sector team, broadening their HR scope beyond recruitment.

You will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, manage recruitment from sourcing through offer, and assist with payroll inputs, benefits, and leave administration. The role offers exposure to Compensation & Benefits and broader HR initiatives, with opportunities to participate in HR projects and process improvements,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of HR operations and/or in-house recruitment experience.
• Willingness to learn compensation & benefits and broader HR initiatives.

Requirements:
