Job summary

TEX-STAR ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an HR Executive to assist the management in overseeing the HR department and to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore. You will support payroll, records, and work pass administration using the E-payroll system.

This role requires a Diploma in HR or Administrative/Business Studies, at least 3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with MOM regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or Administrative/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist management to oversee the HR Department and manage full HR functions.
• Assist in payroll-related matters using the E-payroll system.
• Manage employee records and E-leave/E-attendance.
• Handle work pass administration including applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with departments on hiring plans, resignations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and respond to employee inquiries.
• Undertake ad-hoc HR projects as required by management.
