Job summary

CARE CORNER SINGAPORE LTD is seeking an HR Executive on a 6-month contract for services to support HR operations, payroll, onboarding and data management in Singapore. You will assist the recruitment team, help with L&D activities and contribute to ongoing HR digitalization projects.

The role covers employee data maintenance, staff inquiries, and coordination of HR processes and events. This position focuses on delivery and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Assist in HR Operations including payroll, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support recruitment workflow and coordination with hiring teams.
• Assist in training administration and L&D initiatives.
• Aid in data gathering, analysis and visualization for HR work.

Human Resource Administration

• Respond and Support staff queries relating to HR issues
• Maintain and update historical and current employee data in HR systems
• Assist in HR Operations such as Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding processes, etc

Other P&OD Responsibilities

• Provide support to the recruitment team and assist in all aspects of the hiring
  workflow.
• Support with facilitation of Training & administrative for L&D function
• Support the work of HR process flows as part of an ongoing digitalization exercise.
• Assist in data gathering, analysis, and visualisation to support HR work
• Support P&OD team in strategic HR projects as required from time to time
• Support and coordination with various events, programmes, and adhoc requirements
