The HR Executive role is to provide support to our HR team in the fast-paced retail industry. The ideal candidate will provide support in HR administration, recruitment, training and development and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
HR Administration
– Support essential HR administration, including employee data maintenance, HR documentation, ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes.
- Provide general HR administrative and operational support to the team.
- Maintain and update employee HR records and personnel files.
- Prepare and organise HR documents, letters, forms and other employment-related documentation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records for leave, attendance, medical claims and other employee matters.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers and records.
- Ensure HR documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Recruitment Support
- Assist with job advertisements and recruitment administration.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-onboarding administrative arrangements.
- Support new employee onboarding and documentation as required.
Training & Development
– Source and evaluate training providers andprogrammedelivery to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and achievement of learning objectives.
- Support, arrange and co-ordinate training and developmentprogrammes including planning, vendor liaison and participantcommunication.
- Monitor training completion and manage training administration ensuring proper documentation and update of training records.
Employee Engagement & Communication
–Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and company activities, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects and other staff engagement activities.
- Other related duties assigned.
About you
- Minimum Diploma in Business or related discipline
- Preferably 1 year of HR administrative experience
- Fresh graduates and candidates who are immediately available are welcome to apply
- Proactive, resourceful, organised, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Form
