Job summary

Harold Consultancy is recruiting for a hands-on Snr HR Executive (Generalist) to support a growing Supply Chain & Logistics client in Singapore. You will manage the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key duties include end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, operations and corporate roles, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations and payroll support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business or related field.
• 2–4 years HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or similar industries
• Knowledge of local employment laws
• Strong communicator with a proactive and discreet approach

Responsibilities

• Recruitment – Manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse, operations, and corporate roles.
• Onboarding – Conduct seamless inductions and manage new hire documentation.
• Employee Relations – Act as first point of contact for queries; support conflict resolution and policy guidance.
