Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a professional to lead research and horizon-scanning for the HR digital and data transformation strategy, aimed at making MINDEF/SAF HR digital-ready and data-driven, supporting talent acquisition and development goals.

You will identify HR technology trends, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and collaborate across MINDEF/SAF to strengthen the HR operating model with governance and scalable data platforms.

Qualifications

Education in HR, Analytics, CS, or Information Systems.
Experience in research, HR IT, portfolio management or enterprise planning is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical, judgment and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and horizon-scanning for HR digital and data transformation.
Identify emerging HR technology trends and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with MINDEF/SAF to design and align HR digital and data platforms and governance.
Address topics such as digital strategy, digitalisation concepts, and change management.
Establish governance, data quality standards, and scalable data architectures for workforce analytics.
