Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a role focused on enhancing compliance of manpower processes and developing data analytics models to support policy implementation and contract management.

The successful candidate will conduct research, implement digital solutions, and work with stakeholders to identify audit issues, risks, and improvement areas, helping MINDEF maintain robust governance and HR practices.

Qualifications

• Education in any discipline, with an interest in data analytics.
• Experience or knowledge relating to audit, compliance, or human resource practices and principles is advantageous
• Good analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Good understanding of organisational structures, operations, and processes

Responsibilities

• Enhance and monitor compliance of manpower processes
• Develop data analytical models to facilitate compliance checks
• Conduct research and implement innovative digital solutions to improve policy implementation and contract management
• Work with stakeholders to identify common audit issues, risk factors, and areas for improvement
• Enable relevant stakeholders to have easy access to digital solutions for policy, system, and process reviews
