Job summary

MINDEF in Singapore seeks a candidate to lead HR business process transformation across the organisation, driving policy, systems and workflow optimisation through innovation and digitalisation to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

You will design, implement and manage HR projects, re-engineer workflows for compliance and efficiency, and engage agencies and vendors to enable adoption and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
• Adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business process projects from conceptualisation to rollout.
• Review and re-engineer workflows to improve efficiency, compliance and service delivery.
• Engage HR agencies, business units and vendors to implement initiatives and drive adoption.
• Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple HR agencies and manage competing priorities across stakeholders.
• Stay current with evolving HR policies, technologies and best practices while managing ambiguity for smooth adoption.
