Job summary
Changi Airport Group (CAG) seeks a Data Engineer for the People Team to architect the central People Data Middle Layer within Microsoft Fabric, enabling HR analytics and AI initiatives. You will transform and route data from SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Cornerstone OnDemand, using PySpark in Fabric notebooks and pipelines.

Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Engineering.
- 4–8 years of data engineering with Azure and Fabric stacks.
- Strong Python (PySpark) and T-SQL for data manipulation.
- Experience integrating HR systems via APIs, flat files, and connectors.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Engineer the People Data Middle Layer using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse.
- Execute diverse data integrations across HR platforms and APIs.
- Model domain-specific HR data and reconcile system mappings.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders in agile sprints and evolving scopes.
- Implement data governance with lineage, metadata, and quality checks.
- Enable self-service analytics feeding Power BI for HR users.
- Ensure PDPA compliance and secure handling of sensitive data.
