Job summary

YONYOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced HRBP to serve the HK overseas HQ and align Group policies with regional people strategies. You will provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, performance management, and complex employee relations.

You will translate staffing needs into actionable hiring plans, design talent acquisition strategies with employer branding, and oversee annual compensation reviews and the HR budget in line with global HQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference for HRBP or Site HR Lead background.
• Expert knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and local labor law.
• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including annual salary review and bonus administration cycles.
• Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational (hands-on) levels
