Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Support professional for a 1-year contract. You will assist the Manager and Team Lead with policies, onboarding/offboarding, and HR services to staff, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners to improve the on-site experience for new hires and leavers, and maintaining HR systems according to procedures. A Diploma in HR/Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with ’ policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
