Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Support professional to assist in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans and processes.

You will collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver onboarding and offboarding, and ensure HR services comply with legislation and SLA/KPIs. The role emphasizes administering HR functions and maintaining HR systems while enhancing the on-site experience for new hires and leavers.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in HR or similar with relevant HR internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
