Job summary

Platinum Motoring Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. You will build and shape HR processes from the ground up in a fast-growing organisation, making a direct impact on people practices and operations.

You will handle payroll, administration, recruitment, employee lifecycle, training, compliance, and engagement, ensuring regulatory alignment and smooth day-to-day HR support across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience managing and renewing Work Permits and SP.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & HR Administration: end-to-end monthly payroll processing and HR records.
• Recruitment & Work Pass Administration: postings, screening, interviews, and renewals.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: onboarding, departures, compliance with policies.
• Training & Development: coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
• Government Claims & Compliance: submissions for government grants and compliance.
• Employee Engagement & HR Support: plan engagement activities and provide HR support.
• General Administration: office supplies and day-to-day HR operations.
