Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is offering a Corporate HR Internship in Singapore from January to May/June 2027. The role involves hands-on exposure to HR initiatives, analytics, and process improvements within a global team.

You will support onboarding, learning, and employee engagement, enhance HR content, and help develop dashboards using PowerBI while exploring AI tools to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related disciplines.
• Demonstrates motivation to learn and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support HR programs across onboarding, learning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR content to improve employee experience and information accessibility.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting using tools like PowerBI.
