Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or numerate discipline.
• Planning and programme management experience.
• Confident influencing and communication with customers.
• Proficient IT skills; fluent in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement customer account strategies using the account management process.
• Assist in contract and account administration.
• Generate revenue and cash plans and manage cash and profit opportunities.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and NPS targets.
• Build relationships and grow Rolls-Royce customer base in the region.
