Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Singapore invites passionate students to join our Solutions Asia Customer Care Center for a part-time, temporary internship from January to July 2027. You will work on meaningful data analytics projects, monitor engine health, and help streamline warranty processes while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering, strong analytical skills, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS, Data Science or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Confident and effective communication, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop data analytics capabilities by identifying recurring engine issues and proposing solutions.
• Monitor engine health using RRPS mtuGo platform and track connectivity status.
• Assist in automation and scripting to streamline warranty claims.
• Support CCC ticket progress and analyze customer satisfaction in SAP C4S.
• Support warranty claims from service partners.
