Job summary

ENGGSOL PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate AI adoption across HR, co-leading the HR AI Champions Network and partnering with HR leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.

The role focuses on delivering measurable improvements in productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes, while embedding responsible AI governance and continuous improvement into the HR operating model. Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in HR technology, digital HR transformation, change management, process improvement, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Good knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR modules.
• Experience implementing HR technology and driving change across large complex organizations.
• Experience using AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools within HR.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Work with HR Communications on change management plans to support AI adoption.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities and translate HR needs into AI use cases and specs.
• Drive deployment and scaling of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for AI-enabled work.
• Support HR teams to adapt to new work methods and operating practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR productivity and effectiveness.
• Measure productivity gains, AI adoption, utilization, and value realization.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build AI fluency across HR.
• Facilitate workshops and communities of practice.
• Coach HR teams on responsible use of AI tools.
• Implement responsible AI governance practices within HR.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data privacy standards, and ethical AI principles.
• Partner on governance matters with cross-functional teams.
• Develop AI policies, guidelines, controls, and operating standards for HR.
• Build partnerships with HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendor relationships.
